Extended Code 93 Barcode Produced From a Font

The Code 93 barcode was designed to provide a barcode with higher density and higher security than the Code 39 barcode. The symbology of the Code 93 character set consists of barcode symbols representing characters 0-9, A-Z, the space character and the following symbols: /, + , %, - , . , $ .

Although Code 93 is a higher density barcode than Code 39, it requires two checksums to be calculated and can be difficult to use for non-programmers. To assist with implementation, IDAutomation provides the functions for Code 93 in the Native Windows DLL, ActiveX DLL and in the Crystal Reports UFL.
